Mr. Shripal Shah, aged 32 years is Executive Director and also the Promoter of our company. He is a Management Graduate (International Finance) and a CFA (USA). He has an experience of over a decade in the field of finance and investments. His functional responsibility is developing industry networks for further business development.

Mr. Shreyas Shah aged 28 years is Executive Director and also the Promoter of our company. He is a Management Graduate from Mumbai University and has also completed his graduation in Law (LLB) from Mumbai University. He has an experience of over 7 years in the field of investments and finance.His functional responsibility in our Company involves handling the overall business affairs of our Company including devising investment strategies, and overall development of the business of our Company.

Mr. Ronak Rajendra Jain aged 38, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is a Practising Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in audit, taxation, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and investment banking. He is the Proprietor of M/s. Ronak Jain & Associates and a Partner at M/s. SSKA & Co., Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and is registered with the Independent Director Databank maintained by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). His extensive professional expertise in finance, accounting, governance, and regulatory compliance enables him to provide valuable strategic and financial oversight as a member of the Board.

Ms. SupriyaTatkar, aged 33 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our company. She holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has diversified experience of around 7 years in handling compliances having worked in a listed Company as well as with the Firm of Practicing Company Secretaries.

Mr. Arkesh Ayyagari aged 32, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He is an Advocate with qualifications in B.Com., LL.B., and LL.M., specializing in arbitration, banking and financial litigation, SARFAESI matters, property transactions, contract drafting and vetting, legal audits, and blockchain technology. He regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, DRTs, DRAT, and other judicial and arbitral forums, and has represented leading banks, financial institutions, government bodies, and corporate clients across a wide range of legal matters.
